PILATES REFORMER

enJoy this full body workout on the reformer machine suitable for all levels.

You’ll move at a steady pace through strength, stability, and mobility sequences that challenge coordination and control.

exercises will be taught with modifications for beginner to advanced levels.

using the pilates method you will see increased strength, flexibility, and longer, leaner muscles.


STRETCH REFORMER

lengthen, release, and restore in our restorative stretch reformer class. Gentle, mindful movement helps ease tension, increase mobility, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.

incorporate this class into your weekly practice to release tight muscles and increase mobility. this class is suitable for all levels.


PILATES + STRENGTH

a perfect fusion of mindful movement and powerful conditioning. This class blends the core-sculpting precision of Pilates on the reformer with the muscle-building intensity of strength training. Expect a dynamic, full body workout, using hand weights, resistance bands, and Pilates props. 

this class is designed to challenge and energize every body!

PRIVATE PILATES PARTY

you and up to ten friends will experience one hour of pilates on the reformer + one social hour in the studio or on the patio.
