    • YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $20 NO-SHOW FEE IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL YOUR FRIEND’S SPOT WITHIN 12 HOURS OF THE CLASS TIME.

  • WE HAVE A 12-HOUR LATE CANCEL POLICY. YOU CAN CANCEL ANY SCHEDULED SESSION WITHIN 12 HOURS OF THE START TIME. IF YOU DON’T, THAT SESSION WILL BE FORFEITED.

  • THE SIMPLE ANSWER IS YES, HOWEVER, WE ALWAYS ASK FOR YOU TO TALK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING CLASS. WE DO OFFER MODIFICATIONS FOR PREGNANCY. A LEVEL 1 REFORMER OR STRETCH REFORMER CLASS MIGHT BE A BETTER OPTION DURING THIS TIME.

  • WE ASK THAT YOU ENROLL IN A LEVEL 1 REFORMER OR STRETCH CLASS FOR YOUR FIRST SESSION. THIS WILL GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO GET FAMILIAR WITH THE REFORMER AND MOVEMENTS OF PILATES.

  • WE DON’T ALLOW PACKAGES OR MEMBERSHIPS TO BE SHARED. IF YOU CAN’T MAKE A SCHEDULED SESSION, PLEASE CANCEL IT TO FREE UP A SPOT AND RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSIONS FOR A DAY AND TIME THAT WORKS FOR YOU.

  • WE DON’T ALLOW FILMING OF ANY SESSIONS AT OUR STUDIO. THE PRIVACY OF OUR CLIENTS IS OUR MAIN PRIORITY.

  • WE ARE HUGE LOVERS OF CHILDREN HOWEVER, DUE TO THE LACK OF SPACE, OUR MACHINES, AND HOW OUR CLASSES ARE STRUCTURED, WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN AT OUR STUDIO. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.

  • YOU ARE ONLY ABLE TO CHANGE YOUR CLASS TIME WITHOUT USING 2 CLASSES IF IT’S ON THE SAME DAY WITH THE SAME TEACHER. IF IT IS A DIFFERENT TEACHER YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR BOTH SESSIONS BECAUSE IT IS OUT OF THE 12 HOUR LATE CANCELLATION POLICY.
